High Frequency Words
There isn't a set order for teaching high frequency words. When I taught kindergarten, I started with "a" and " I" first before moving on to two letter words including on, in, it, so, to, do, me, my, and be. Then I moved on to three and four letter words such as the, see, and, are, like, look, play, and said. Children should be able to read and write 30 to 40 frequency words by the end of kindergarten. These are several free resources for ready made flashcards. Each is going to vary in the words included. If you don't have a teacherspayteachers.com account, I would encourage you to make one.
